Ella, originally from Oregon, recently moved to Westchester County to further pursue and share her love of movement. She’s a certified personal trainer, dancer, and dance teacher who began lifting weights in her early teens. Since then, she’s only grown more passionate about strength training both as a means of becoming a stronger athlete/artist and as a means to live a longer, happier, healthier life.
