Rich’s fitness journey started at 18 years old when he worked with a personal trainer to lose 100 pounds! It was during that time that he learned the importance of a healthy lifestyle from proper nutrition and strength training. Ever since then, it has become his passion to help people obtain a healthy lifestyle and become more confident in their bodies. He’s been a certified trainer for over 10 years.
