Tarek has over ten years of personal training experience. He became passionate about health & fitness after losing 85 pounds in 8 months as a teenager from working out and cleaning up his eating habits. He provides functional fitness for his clients, improving coordination, balance, increased flexibility and strength. Seeing my clients transform their bodies is a great accomplishment.
