10 Lunches to Pack for Work

When we talk to our clients about their meal plans, we often hear that lunch is where the problem lies, especially for people who work in an office environment. We believe that lunch is the most important meal of the day (move over breakfast!) because it fuels your afternoons and should have the right nutrients to take you to dinner without a major blood sugar drop during that infamous 3pm slump.

When you get to that slump, you probably find yourself reaching for a quick burst of energy that comes in the form of carbs and/or sugar, but if you plan a filling lunch, that slump may never come. However, when coworkers make a habit of ordering in or running out for sushi or pizza, the struggle is real and we know how easy it can be to give in.

So we pulled together 10 nutrient-rich, meal-prep-friendly recipes you’ll actually be excited to eat. You’ll resist the temptation to join your friends for takeout and will know exactly what you’re putting in your body to fuel your busy afternoons. Plus, you can make them in bulk for multiple days of healthy lunching.
